Job description

Help solve real‑world problems that shape how communities live, work and connect. Our teams work across infrastructure, planning, project delivery, asset management, data, and technology supporting clients in government, energy, transport, health, and other major sectors. Whether you’re analysing technical data, helping deliver large projects, supporting infrastructure planning or contributing to engineering assessments, you’ll play a role in projects that have real impact across Australia. This pathway suits graduates who are curious, collaborative, practical thinkers and who want to apply their engineering mindset beyond traditional engineering roles.

About rolling intake:

We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill as many of our roles as possible through the main intake but, of course, things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up (and it does happen!).

This pathway would suit graduates from:
  • Engineering and Related Technologies
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Data Engineering
  • Mechatronics, Robotics or Systems Engineering
  • Environmental or Infrastructure‑related disciplines
The Work

Depending on the team, your work could include:

  • Supporting engineering and asset management assessments for major infrastructure assets
  • Contributing to project and program delivery, including project assurance, planning and scheduling
  • Assisting with infrastructure economics or planning analysis
  • Analysing technical, environmental or operational data to help clients make informed decisions
  • Reviewing project controls, risks and performance insights on large‑scale projects
  • Helping assess feasibility, design considerations or project impacts in multidisciplinary teams

You’ll gain exposure to a variety of engineering‑aligned projects across sectors such as transport, water, resources, health, and government, helping you build strong technical, project and consulting skills while understanding how major projects come to life.

What we grads say

From day one I've been involved in real client work alongside a wonderful and friendly team who are more than happy to share their knowledge base and expertise with me. (Emily, 2024 graduate)

What I’ve found here is not just a career path but a place that aligns with my values and passion—something I might have missed if I hadn’t taken a chance on something new. (Arkie, 2024 vacationer and 2025 graduate)

One of the best parts of my journey has been the incredible graduate cohort I’m part of. We share tips, help each other with work-related questions, and celebrate each other’s wins. (Victoria, 2024 graduate)
