Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a Technician Assembler at our Geebung, Queensland site to perform maintenance, repairs and testing of healthcare equipment. This full-time role reports to Operations Manager and operates from our Geebung branch.

Based in Geebung, Queensland, you will work Monday to Friday, in a permanent full-time capacity, focusing on quality repairs and upholding safety standards for beds, hoists, wheelchairs and more.

Qualifications

• Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
• Strong problem solving to customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service
• The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
• Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
• Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
• Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy

About The Role

In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment in-house at our Geebung branch. This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Role Title: Technician Assembler

Location: Geebung, Queensland, Australia

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Operations Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications
