Job summary

IT Alliance is recruiting for a Federal Government client in Canberra for a Technical Writer Content Designer. You will apply strong research and technical writing skills to create, edit and publish content across publications, web content, social media and eLearning materials.

You will liaise with stakeholders, support publications through all development phases, and ensure messaging is aligned with agency standards while providing clear, audience-appropriate mitigation advice.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Technical Writer Content Designers in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Strong research, written communication skills with a focus on technical writing and content editing.
• Demonstrated ability in building and fostering stakeholder relationship.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support technical publications through all phases on development: research, scoping, consultation, review and publishing.
• Conduct research to develop mitigation advices that is both technically accurate and suitable for the intended audience.
• Create and publish content that is consistent with agency messaging, including but not limited to publications, web content, social media posts, eLearning materials and other interactive tools.
