Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Training & Competency Lead for a major Victorian project. You will run technical training from mobilisation to close-out, acting as the first point of contact for training enquiries and partnering with site leadership to ensure crews have required skills before they start.

You will work from Port Melbourne and at camps in Lexton, guiding personnel on training pathways and maintaining records to ensure compliance and safety across high-risk activities.

Qualifications

• Coordinate internal and external technical training for the project workforce.
• Maintain accurate training and competency records in company systems.
• Audit training data, report on compliance and elevate risks early.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external technical training for the project workforce.
• Verify mobilisation requirements before personnel start work on site.
• Partner with managers to identify training and capability needs.
• Maintain accurate training and competency records in company systems.
• Audit training data, report on compliance and elevate risks early.
• Build induction materials and support onboarding of new personnel.
• Liaise with registered training organisations and external providers.
