Greatland Resources Limited is seeking a Technical Training Advisor to deliver, assess, and improve training across our site at Telfer. You’ll work with Supervisors, the Training Coordinator, and stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient workforce, including contractors, aligned with Greatland's standards.

The role is permanent full-time, on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, offering career development and a safety-first culture in Western Australia’s Paterson Province.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or later) or equivalent Diploma.
• WA Worksafe Assessor accreditation to conduct high risk training and issue certificates of competency.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in training delivery and assessment.
• At least 2 years' mining or related industry experience.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and legislative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage training programs and projects aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis at operator level focusing on safety and productivity.
• Collaborate on departmental training plans and ensure document control protocols.
• Assist in the design and development of engaging training content.
• Maintain and update training records using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Perform training audits and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Conduct Verifications of Competency (VOCs) on equipment in operational areas.
