Job summary

Downer is seeking a Technical Trainer to support Queensland's Train Manufacturing Program and the Ormeau maintenance facility. You will develop, deliver and evaluate training for Queensland's new trains and induct new employees to test and maintain the fleet in line with the state's contractual obligations.

The role includes training needs analyses, course development or sourcing external solutions, delivering training, assessing competency and administering courses and assessments as Downer
