Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD, through RoadTek in Nerang, seeks a Technical Manager ITS & E to lead technical training and workforce capability across Queensland. You will design programs, assess skills, and support electrical apprentices while upholding safety and technical standards.

You will provide ITS & E expertise, govern Safe Systems of Work, chair statewide groups, and travel as needed to ensure compliant learning and safe electrical practices.

Competenze

• Electrical Licence or equivalent acceptable to the Director-General
• White or Blue Card and a valid Queensland C class driver licence
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• ACMA accreditation and Authorised Persons Accreditation are desirable

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver technical training programs across Queensland
• Conduct workforce skills assessments and support electrical apprentices
• Oversee Safe Systems of Work and strengthen safety standards
• Provide expert ITS & Electrical advice to RoadTek and stakeholders
• Travel statewide as required
