Qualifications

• Trade-qualified fitter or automotive mechanic background preferred and manufacturing experience essential.
• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching trades or operators on the shop floor.
• TAE40122 (Cert IV TAE) or willingness to obtain is required.
• Strong communication and safety-first mindset are essential for this role.
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).

Responsibilities
