Job summary

Downer in Queensland is seeking a Technical Trainer to support the Train Manufacturing Program and the new Ormeau maintenance facility. You will develop, deliver and evaluate training for Queensland's new trains.

You will induct new employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to test and maintain the fleet in line with Downer's contractual obligations to the state. You will also conduct training needs analyses, develop courses or source suitable external solutions, deliver training,

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering technical training for rail or similar complex systems.
• Ability to assess competency and document training outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with operations and maintenance teams.
