integratedliving Australia – Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Analyst to join our close-knit Business Systems team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on application support and MS SQL, becoming a trusted technical problem solver for the organisation.

You’ll provide hands-on support across critical systems, work with ServiceNow for incidents, develop SQL scripts and data extracts, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate data workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical and application support across business-critical systems.
• Strong MS SQL and data extraction experience.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical and application support across critical systems.
• Manage and resolve support requests via ServiceNow.
• Investigate issues and drive to resolution rather than escalating.
• Use MS SQL to develop scripts, queries, and data extracts.
• Collaborate with Finance to run scripts and cleanse data.
• Maintain documentation and support processes.
