Job summary

Husqvarna Australia is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our Tuggerah head office on the Central Coast. You will support dealers, end users and the sales team across Australia, applying your mechanical knowledge to resolve engine and digital product issues.

The role involves troubleshooting two- and four-stroke engines, repairing demonstration units, contributing to documentation, and providing clear reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with small engines, outdoor power equipment, or similar mechanical systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Confident computer skills and ability to prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and online channels.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through engine and digital product issues.
• Manage end-user complaints professionally and negotiate resolutions.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions inhouse and externally.
• Maintain and process service dealer claims through our warranty system.
• Create and update technical support documentation.
