Job summary

ARDEX seeks a Technical Support and Training Representative to join the Technical Services team in Richlands, QLD. The role combines frontline technical support with hands-on training across ARDEX, wedi, and Dunlop products, delivered at ARDEX Academy, customer sites, and industry events.

You will conduct product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials while building strong customer relationships and staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, training, construction, tiling, waterproofing, flooring, or related building industries.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Hands-on trade or technical background highly regarded.
• Passion for customer service and building strong relationships.
• Comfortable delivering both classroom-style and practical hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training sessions and workshops across ARDEX Academy, customer sites, and industry events.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and practical installation training for ARDEX, wedi, and Dunlop systems.
• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting advice to customers, contractors, and partners.
• Support technical enquiries, product investigations, testing, and complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Brand teams to provide customer-focused solutions and project support.
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
• Represent ARDEX at trade shows, customer forums, and industry events.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best-practice application methods.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business.
