Job summary
Computing in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support governance and operational management of a large enterprise Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
You will administer Microsoft 365 and AI platform environments, maintain governance controls and compliance, support Copilot licensing and lifecycle, monitor performance, and collaborate with technical teams and vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365.
