Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a hands-on Microsoft AI Platform Specialist to govern and administer a Microsoft AI environment, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.

You’ll handle platform administration, reporting, monitoring, compliance, licence management, and policy governance while enabling secure, responsible AI. Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, ideally Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and operational support practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
