Job summary

Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Technical Specialist on a 12-month full-time contract to help deliver initiatives and maintain IT systems that support essential services. You will resolve complex issues across desktop, servers, networks and cloud, support Azure and AWS, plan infrastructure, and collaborate with users and external providers to deliver new IT services.

• Strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure and server platforms.
• Experience delivering hardware and software rollouts at large organisations.
• Ability to analyse IT problems and provide responsive support.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments.

As a Technical Specialist based in the Adelaide CBD, you will bring your expertise to a role that helps the Department for Child Protection (DCP) deliverthe work thatmatters. You will be responsible for:

• Resolving complex technicalissues across desktop, server, network andcloud environments

• Identifying opportunities to improve IT systems, services and waysof working
