Job summary
Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Technical Specialist on a 12-month full-time contract to help deliver initiatives and maintain IT systems that support essential services. You will resolve complex issues across desktop, servers, networks and cloud, support Azure and AWS, plan infrastructure, and collaborate with users and external providers to deliver new IT services.

Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure and server platforms.
- Experience delivering hardware and software rollouts at large organisations.
- Ability to analyse IT problems and provide responsive support.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues across desktop, server, network and cloud.
- Support Azure and AWS platforms alongside Windows and Linux servers.
- Plan and assess IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with users and external providers to deliver new IT services.
