Cardinal Health in Sydney, Australia seeks a team-oriented warehouse technician to manage inbound freight, receive and unpack returned equipment, and book-ins. You will support Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, and on-site routine services to ensure device functionality.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone or email, coordinate shipping/receiving requests for used devices and parts, and help maintain records and reports while supporting sales, logistics and quality teams.

• Receive inbound freight from customers
• Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment
• Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection and Preventative Maintenance
• Coordinate and process shipping and receiving requests for used devices and spare parts
• Provide customer support by telephone or email
• Monitor service requests through to completion and escalate risks as needed
• Maintain storekeeping procedures, records, and reports
• Support sales, marketing, logistics and quality departments with technical issues

Receive inbound freight from customers. Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment. Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices. Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required. Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Provide customer support by telephone or email. Coordinate and process shipping and receiving requests for used devices and spare parts. Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner. Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer. Maintain effective storekeeping procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports. Support the sales, the marketing, the logistics and the quality department with technical issues.
