Job summary

The Department of Tourism and Hospitality in Berry Springs, Northern Territory, is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to undertake repairs and maintenance across the Park’s assets and infrastructure, and to assist with small-scale construction for animal enclosures, fencing, exhibits or other equipment.

The role also includes land management tasks such as lawn mowing, weed control, irrigation and landscaping.

Job description

Under the leadership of the Supervisor Technical Services and working closely with the Senior Technical Services Officer, undertake repairs and maintenance work for all the Park's assets and infrastructure, undertake small‑scale construction for animal enclosures, fencing security, exhibits or other equipment as required, and undertake land management tasks such as lawn mowing, weed management, irrigation and landscaping. Work unit: Territory Wildlife Park Technical 1 - Remuneration Package $75,665 - $84,605 (including salary $63,957 - $71,513) Vacancy type: Ongoing (Permanent) - Full Time
