Job summary

SOUTH PACIFIC WELDING GROUP PT is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Marayong (NSW) to deliver expert advice, process SAP orders, and support warehouse operations while building strong relationships with a diverse customer base.

Working in a close-knit team, you will drive branch performance, identify sales opportunities, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience, all while upholding SPW safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• SAP skills desirable.
• Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with your team and other departments.
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
• Contribute to the overall branch performance.
• Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
• Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.
