Job summary

• Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
• Build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
• Contribute to the overall branch performance
