Job summary

You will work with a close-knit team, identify sales opportunities, ensure accurate order processing in SAP, and uphold SPW safety policies. Previous welding/fabrication knowledge is valued.

As the face of our retail trade counter, you'll provide expert advice, process sales, support warehouse operations, and deliver outstanding service to a diverse customer base. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in driving branch performance, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of this function
• Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
