Job summary

South Pacific Welding Group Pty (SPW) seeks a proactive individual to join our retail trade counter in Toowoomba. You will deliver expert advice, process sales and support warehouse operations, ensuring excellent service to a diverse customer base.

In this role you will drive branch performance, identify sales opportunities, and process SAP orders while adhering to SPW Safety policies. Building strong internal collaborations is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• SAP skills are desirable.
• Welding/Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with your team and other departments.
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
• Contribute to the overall branch performance.
• Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
• Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.
