Job summary

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans that achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Commercial acumen to balance revenue growth with margin performance.
• Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and crafting compelling proposals.
• Quick, effective problem-solving capabilities responding to customer and operational challenges.
• Competent in learning and articulating a broad range of technical products and services.
• Exceptional planning, organization, and follow-through on sales opportunities and commitments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.
• Cross-product line knowledge, particularly in intervention, drilling, well services, or related technical portfolios.
• Exposure to energy sector product applications, service delivery, and commercial drivers.
• Familiarity with P&A and integration expertise.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Typically 4+ years of oil and gas, technical, field, or operational experience.
• Ideally 6+ years in sales or business development, with a preference for technical or energy services environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
