Motion Industrial Solutions in Swan Hill is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to grow key accounts across north-western Victoria. This technical sales role focuses on delivering practical solutions and value to customers in heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or technical sales.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and technical interest or capability.
• Confidence engaging with technical and operational customer stakeholders.
• A customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
• A current driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
• Develop and deliver account plans that support customer retention and growth.
• Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling across Motion’s product and service offering.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria.
• Deliver technical solutions to address customers’ operational requirements.
• Achieve territory sales and budget targets.
• Work closely with your Manager Customer Relationships, Branch Managers and internal teams.
• Learn from an experienced colleague with 45 years of company and industry experience.
