Job summary

Motion Industrial Solutions in Swan Hill, Victoria, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to grow customer accounts and deliver practical solutions across heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation markets. You will build trusted relationships with engineering and procurement teams and deliver account plans to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, business development or technical sales.
Strong mathematical aptitude and technical interest or capability.
Willingness to travel and engage with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
Develop and deliver account plans to support retention and growth.
Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling across Motion’s offerings.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria.
Deliver technical solutions addressing customers’ operational requirements.
Achieve territory sales and budget targets.
Collaborate with Branch Managers and internal teams; travel regularly.
