Job summary

Motion Industrial Solutions in Geelong seeks a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager to grow customer relationships and new business across western Victoria. This is a technical sales role with focus on the heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation markets.

You will develop account plans, manage relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists, and drive cross-selling of Motion's products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or technical sales.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and technical interest or capability.
• Confident engaging with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
• Develop and deliver account plans to support retention and growth.
• Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling across Motion's product and service offering.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria.
• Deliver technical solutions addressing customers' operational requirements.
• Achieve territory sales and budget targets.
• Collaborate with Manager Customer Relationships, Branch Managers and internal teams.
• Learn from an experienced colleague with 45 years of company and industry experience.
