Job summary

RefPro Pty Ltd is a Brisbane-based refrigeration team providing industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning services across Queensland. The role involves installation, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on diverse projects including food processing, cold storage, mining and manufacturing.

We require ARCtick (RHL), QBCC Refrigeration licence, and related qualifications. Interstate relocation support may be available for the right candidate.

• Class C Driver’s Licence.
• QBCC Mechanical (Refrigeration) Licence.
• QLD Electrical Licence (Restricted).
• White Card, CPR & LVR certification.
• Experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Ammonia experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-first mindset and team player.

RefPro also provides specialist installation, maintenance and overhaul services for compressors, plate heat exchangers and hygienic food processing equipment, including homogenisers, pumps, valves and associated equipment.

We are looking for a skilledRefrigeration Technicianto join our Brisbane-based team;

What You’ll Be Doing

As a REFPRO Refrigeration Technician, your role will involve:

Specialising in industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Installation of new plant and preventative maintenance service.

Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and repairs.

Exposure to diverse projects across food processing, cold storage, mining and manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

Full ARCtick Licence (RHL).

Class C Driver’s Licence.

QBCC Mechanical (Refrigeration) Licence.

QLD Restricted Electrical Licence.

White Card, CPR & LVR certification.

Experience in industrial or commercial Refrigeration and Air conditioning.

Ammonia system experience (preferred but not essential), training will be provided.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, safety-first mindset and ability to work well in a team.
