Qualifications

• Strong technical sales background with ability to understand industrial applications and propose engineered solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service to manage inquiries across multiple industries.
• Technical sales support experience, ideally with industrial components, fluid handling, or mechanical products.
• Relevant engineering/science qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; capable data entry and quotation preparation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and teamwork to achieve sales goals.
• Experience in sectors such as dairy, food and beverage, manufacturing, or industrial equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and provide technical sales support.
• Identify opportunities from CRM and sales reports; process orders.
• Collaborate with external sales team and maintain CRM records.
• Support sales campaigns and product promotions; assist with continuous process improvements.
