Boart Longyear is seeking a Technical Representative based in Adelaide to test and support new and existing drilling products. The role involves visiting customer sites across Australia and Asia Pacific, training users, and contributing to product development.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a mechanical trade, solid knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems, and familiarity with drilling equipment. Travel readiness and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

The Technical Representative position is a business-critical role, acting as the subject matter expert supporting the Boart Longyear capital and auxiliary equipment product lines and providing essential support to our customer and employee base.
Based out of our Adelaide facility, the purpose of this role is to test and support the development of new products, assist with the education/training of employees and customers, and provide feedback on product use and implementation. This role will spend approximately 50% of the year travelling to our various customer sites across Australia and Asia Pacific.
