Job summary

Talent International seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a Program Manager across AI and cyber security initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Sydney. You will coordinate delivery, manage dependencies and drive governance across architecture, engineering, cloud and data teams while engaging vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication skills, broad technical knowledge, and a track record of delivering through Agile, Waterfall or hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects in enterprise environments.
• Broad knowledge across architecture, infra, cloud, data, AI, and security domains.
• Exposure to AI, automation, cyber security or tech risk initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager across AI and cyber security workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Prepare status reports, governance packs, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Track budgets, resource requirements and delivery progress.
• Facilitate workshops, delivery meetings and stakeholder forums.
• Translate technical updates for senior stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, onboarding, scheduling and admin tasks.
• Support testing, release planning and operational readiness.

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a Program Manager across a portfolio of AI and cyber security initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

This role requires someone with broad technical knowledge who can work confidently across architecture, engineering, cloud, data, AI and security teams. You’ll coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies and risks, and provide hands‑on project governance and administrative support to keep the program moving.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager across multiple AI and cyber security workstreams
• Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions
• Prepare status reports, governance packs, meeting agendas and minutes
• Track budgets, resource requirements and delivery progress
• Facilitate workshops, delivery meetings and stakeholder forums
• Follow up actions and ensure key decisions and commitments are documented
• Translate technical information into clear updates for senior stakeholders
• Support procurement, onboarding, scheduling and other project administration
• Assist with testing, release planning, implementation and operational readiness

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager within a complex enterprise environment
• Deep and broad understanding of technology platforms, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, data, integration and software delivery
• Exposure to AI, automation, cyber security or technology risk initiatives
• Strong project governance, reporting and project administration capability
• Comfortable working across multiple streams and managing competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and senior management communication skills
• Experience delivering through Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
• Financial services, retail or other large enterprise experience will be highly regarded
