Peoplebank is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a statewide SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation for a leading healthcare client. The role is Brisbane CBD with hybrid work, contract until June 2027 with likely extension.

You will drive delivery, stakeholder engagement and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. Required expertise includes SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Activate, PRINCE2/ITIL/Agile/SAFe, and experience managing large enterprise projects.

Qualificações

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise SAP SuccessFactors LMS deployments.
• Strong background in PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and SAP Activate knowledge.

Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the statewide SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation for the leading healthcare client, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and system integration.

Title: Technical Project Manager
Contract: Until Jun 2027+ likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)

Required skills and competencies:

• Technical project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations
• Leadership of cross-functional and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Expertise in PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
• SAP SuccessFactors implementation and SAP Activate methodology knowledge
• Stakeholder, vendor, and delivery risk management skills
