Randstad Digital in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end implementation of a large-scale, enterprise Statewide Learning Management Solution (LMS) using SAP SuccessFactors. You will provide leadership, governance, and planning to deliver the solution within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Employee Central configuration and integration.
• Proven use of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, or SAP Activate.
• Track record leading multidisciplinary technical teams, managing vendor performance, and guiding complex solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive governance experience.

What You Will Do

• Provide end-to-end project leadership, governance, and planning to deliver the solution within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead technical project execution and architecture alignment, ensuring system integration, data security, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee data transition activities, including data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, legacy system archiving, and decommissioning.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical teams across architecture, engineering, development, testing, and data to achieve release milestones.
• Direct project performance monitoring, risk management, executive reporting, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.

What You Need to Apply for This Role

• Minimum seven years of experience in senior technical project management leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP technologies, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Employee Central configuration and integration.
• Demonstrated application of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, or SAP Activate methodology.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technical teams, managing vendor performance, and steering complex technical solution designs.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills with executive-level project governance experience.
