Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 5 years cross-functional project management experience.
• Experience managing technology rollout programs for critical systems.
• Experience with external third party dependencies.
• Experience with program hardware and software management including configuration control.
• Experience in product management and product support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, follow-through and accountability, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Current and active Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.
• Explain analyses and tradeoffs to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
• Deploy and operate private cloud services for critical customers in Australia.
• Drive planning, communications, execution, continuous improvement, and change management to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Break down programs into components that can be executed by team members.
