Nuage Technology Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of complex, customer-facing programs. You will bridge engineering, operations and customer-facing teams to minimize disruption while maximizing business value.

You’ll own executive updates, run phased rollouts, coordinate weekly progress with customers, and balance technical depth with practical delivery decisions in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program or project management.
• 4+ years leading large scale technical programs.
• Experience delivering software platform solutions, cloud or platform services.
• Direct external customer exposure.
• Fluency in software platforms, cloud architectures, networks.
• Experience blending agile with waterfall planning.
• Hands-on Jira experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Senior Technical Program Manager | Sydney | Full time | On Site

We're recruiting a customer centric Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, customer facing technical programs for our client. This hire will be the bridge between engineering, operations and customer facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture), making sure initiatives land with minimal customer disruption and maximum business value.

What you’ll do

• Own customer communications, including executive updates and status meetings
• Build phased rollout plans with clear scope, timelines and milestones
• Run weekly syncs, internally and with customers, on readiness, milestones and impact
• Orchestrate delivery across engineering, operations and customer facing teams
• Hold enough technical depth to answer customer questions and validate impact assessments
• Make technical decisions that balance internal speed with customer impact

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in technical program or project management, including 4+ years leading large scale technical programs
• Strong delivery of software platform solutions, ideally cloud or platform services
• Direct external customer exposure
• Technical fluency across software platforms, cloud architecture, networks and supporting infrastructure
• Practical exposure to infrastructure delivery and how readiness milestones affect service delivery
• Experience blending agile software delivery with waterfall infrastructure planning
• Hands on Jira experience (backlogs, sprint planning, dependencies, release coordination)
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations and Engineering
• Comfort in high ambiguity environments where structure needs to be created
• Excellent written communication, including clear and empathetic customer advisories
