Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join a major insurance transformation program, supporting the delivery of next-generation Digital Experience capabilities on the Neutrinos platform.

In an Agile POD, you will own the backlog for Universal Ops Service UI, translate business needs into user stories and UX/UI workflows, and collaborate with designers, engineers and QA to ensure value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology, digital or enterprise environments.
• 2–4 years as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Agile backlog management and writing user stories.
• Experience translating UI/UX requirements into actionable features.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Neutrinos or similar digital experience platforms.
• Insurance or Service Operations domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the POD backlog for Universal Ops Service UI features and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and UX/UI workflows.
• Prioritise backlog items based on business value, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Front-end Engineers, Tech Leads and stakeholders to define intuitive digital experiences.
• Ensure requirements are clear, actionable and aligned to operational workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes.
• Gather feedback and continuously refine the backlog based on usability insights and evolving operational needs.
• Ensure delivered capabilities meet business expectations and support the broader Project Sirius objectives.

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join a major insurance transformation program, supporting the delivery of next-generation Digital Experience capabilities.

Working within an Agile POD, you will own and manage the backlog for the Universal Ops Service UI, translating business needs into clear, user-centric digital features and ensuring delivery remains focused on business value.

The solution is being delivered on the Neutrinos platform, so experience with Neutrinos or similar digital experience platforms is highly desirable.

What we're looking for

• 10–15 years' experience in technology, digital or enterprise environments.
• 2–4 years' experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Agile backlog management and user story creation.
• Proven ability to gather and translate UI/UX-driven requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, product, design, engineering and QA teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centric digital product delivery and operational workflows.
• Experience with Neutrinos or similar digital experience platforms.
• Understanding of workflow-based UI systems.
• Previous experience in Insurance or Service Operations.
• Experience working within Agile / SAFe / POD-based delivery models.
