Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own one of our core product squads responsible for real-time grid constraint management and DER control capabilities. This highly technical, customer-facing role requires end-to-end ownership of the product—from roadmap and customer engagements to implementation frameworks and day-to-day leadership across Australian and US utilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management or product ownership.
• Experience owning complex B2B products end-to-end.
• Experience leading technical customer workshops and co-development sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end for a core grid/DER management squad.
• Lead productisation of core capabilities into scalable offerings for utilities.
• Be the face of the product in customer engagements across Australian and US utilities.
• Define and own implementation frameworks for deploying real-time products.
• Manage competing customer priorities across Australian and US utilities to align platform approaches.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to break complex capabilities into clearly defined work.
