Job summary

RoadTek Nerang seeks a Technical Manager ITS & E to lead electrical training, guide workforce skills assessments and support apprentices across Queensland. You will deliver technically robust training, develop modules and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

You will also oversee Safe Systems of Work, chair statewide working groups and provide expert ITS & E advice while travelling across the state as required. An Electrical Licence and WHS credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Licence or equivalent required or to be obtained within timeframe.
• White or Blue Card and valid Queensland C class driver licence.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment desirable.
• Authorised Persons Accreditation and ACMA accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for ITS & E staff.
• Conduct workforce skills assessments and support electrical apprentices.
• Provide expert ITS & E guidance across RoadTek and the organisation.
• Oversee Safe Systems of Work and strengthen safety and technical standards.
• Chair statewide working groups and travel as required to support Queensland teams.
