Switch is hiring a hands-on Technical Lead for its Mattaki SaaS Platform team in Sydney. You will own engineering, drive feature roadmap, and lead the multi-site, multi-brand platform across front-end, back-end, cloud infra and release pipelines.

Responsibilities include mentoring developers, setting technical direction with the Product Owner, and delivering secure, scalable updates while migrating towards modern .NET and Vue 3 architectures. Hybrid work from Sydney office supported.

Qualificações

• 7+ years as a full-stack developer with mentoring experience.
• Strong C# and SQL, including .NET Framework 4.x on IIS/Windows Server.
• Experience migrating from .NET Framework to modern ASP.NET Core with minimal disruption.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver features across the Mattaki app and dealer websites, front end and back end.
• Own the AWS environment and CI/CD pipelines; mentor the team and set standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on priorities; manage risk and timelines.
• Ensure secure, maintainable code and clear technical documentation.
• Lead platform migration to modern stacks while maintaining delivery.
