Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a software engineering delivery team.
• Hands-on design, build and operate software in AWS.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes.
• Ability to balance reliability, performance and delivery trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of a team of 4–6 engineers.
• Provide hands-on technical contribution across design, build, review and improvement of production services.
• Guide technical decisions across multiple services, balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability and delivery trade-offs.
• Own and improve engineering practices across AWS and Kubernetes environments, including deployment, observability and operational readiness.
• Help the team plan and sequence technical work, identifying dependencies, risks and service-level impacts.
• Support engineers through technical coaching, design feedback and code review.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation and production support.
• Drive continuous improvement across the services the team owns by addressing recurring technical, operational and delivery issues.
