Job summary

CALHN is seeking a Technical Lead for the Workforce Service Centre. This 12-month temporary role will shape data, automation and AI-enabled solu­tions across Adelaide.

You will design and deliver the technical foundations, data platforms, integrations and analytics to modernise workforce service delivery for about 19,000 employees. You will lead enterprise data initiatives, work with Azure, Snowflake, Denodo and related tools, and guide project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology and data transformations.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills with SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data tools (Snowflake, Azure, Denodo).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-enabled workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture and delivery of services supporting the Workforce Service Centre.
• Design and implement scalable data and integration solutions across enterprise platforms including Azure and Snowflake.
• Develop automation, analytics and workforce intelligence capabilities using modern programming and data technologies.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions that enhance service delivery and employee experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and advice to project teams, vendors and stakeholders.
