Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement and organisational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong skills in process mapping, business documentation and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Review and redesign People and Culture processes to support future-state service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digital innovation.
