Join a once-in-a-generation workforce transformation project and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of People and Culture services across CALHN and Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS). This 12-month opportunity will see you work as part of the Workforce Service Centre (WSC) implementation, a major strategic initiative that will transform how HR services are delivers to approximately 19,000 employees. Leveraging process redesign, digital innovation and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, the project aims to create a more efficient, responsive and employee-centred service model. As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities, define future-state requirements and help deliver sustainable solutions that will influence workforce People and Culture services for years to come.
You are a curious and collaborative Business Analyst who thrives in complex and fast-paced environments. You enjoy engaging with stakeholders, uncovering opportunities for improvement and translating ideas into practical outcomes. With strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering meaningful change, you can confidently navigate ambiguity, build relationships and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
