Zurich is seeking a Technical Lead within our Retail Life business to influence the design, build, and scale of AI-led insurance solutions in a cloud-native environment. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering, product and design, driving digital transformation and customer outcomes.

You will own solution designs, uplift engineering practices, and coach teams while delivering high-quality software and secure, scalable platforms that support business goals and wellbeing

Qualifications

Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering technical outcomes.
Strong hands-on development across modern technology stacks.
Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD automation.
