The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical claims management advice and collaborative consultation, including expertise in systems as well as Technical Specialist related tasks such as Liability determinations, workers compensation process and procedures, coaching, support and development of business specialists in the aligned business area, to ensure prompt and compliant claims management in line with regulatory obligations. You will be the first point of escalation for technical related queries for the aligned government services business unit/s.
