Job summary

The Missing Link is seeking a hands-on Technical Infrastructure Project Manager for an initial 3-month contract, requiring 2–3 days per week with a hybrid arrangement from Parramatta. You will own governance, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement across data centre, BCP refresh, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects with governance oversight.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external delivery teams.
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in data centre, DR/BCP, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive infrastructure and operational resilience initiatives, including BCP refresh activities.
• Support data centre refresh and infrastructure modernisation programs.
• Facilitate governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
