Job summary

TCA is seeking an Intermediate IT Project Manager to oversee IT projects from initiation to delivery in a hybrid role based in Australia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring projects stay within timeline and budget.

The 6-month contract offers $320 per day, 40 hours per week, with Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Work from home options are available and there is potential for career progression.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements and dependencies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Identify, track, and manage risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure resources and support for timely task completion.
• Foster collaboration and excellence across teams.
• Monitor expenses against the approved budget.
• Perform evaluations and recommend improvements.
