Responsibilities

Coordinate internal technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Drive infrastructure and operational resilience initiatives, including BCP refresh activities.
Support data centre refresh and infrastructure modernisation programs.
Facilitate governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
