Noumi Limited invites a collaborative and technically strong leader to oversee technical standards, food safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. You’ll partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, R&D and NPD to drive product quality and operational efficiency.

This role offers impact across sites in Australia, with opportunities to standardise processes, lead root-cause investigations and shape the health of our products from farm to shelf.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience within food manufacturing, dairy, beverage or FMCG.
• Demonstrated leadership experience across technical, food safety, quality or continuous improvement functions.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety risk management, validation and verification.
• Experience investigating complex product, process and microbiological issues.
• Proven ability to lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects through to implementation.
• Experience working collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D and other business functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and consistent application of technical and food safety standards across our manufacturing sites.
• Strengthen food safety culture, HACCP programs and risk management practices.
• Provide technical expertise in investigating and resolving complex product, process and microbiological issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventative actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing product defects, complaints, rework, waste and quality-related losses.
• Support technical risk assessments, validation and verification activities for new products, process changes and capital projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing capability, product quality and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and share best practices across sites.
