Job summary

Noumi is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead safety at the Ingleburn manufacturing site. You will partner with site leaders to strengthen safety culture, improve systems, and ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

You will drive the overarching H&S strategy, coaching leaders and employees, and managing audits, incidents, and risk controls while reporting to site leadership. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in WHS/OHS or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices.
• Experience in safety leadership within manufacturing/FMCG/food production environments.
• Proven experience in incident investigation, risk management and safety systems.
• Experience with injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, proactive and hands-on approach to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety at the Ingleburn site and drive the safety strategy.
• Provide practical safety advice and coaching to leaders and employees.
• Strengthen safety culture and improve systems for compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage corrective actions and reduce workplace risk.
• Monitor safety performance, trends and KPIs; report to site leadership.
• Lead the Health & Safety Committee and engage with HSRs.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on workers compensation and return-to-work matters.
