Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Technical & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead technical standards, food safety programs and CI across multiple sites. You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering and R&D to drive product quality and process efficiency.

A strong background in HACCP and cross-functional leadership is essential. The role offers exposure to global manufacturing, capital projects and strategic improvements within Noumi's plant network.

• Lead development and consistent application of technical and food safety standards across manufacturing sites.
• Strengthen HACCP programs and risk management practices.
• Provide technical expertise in investigating and resolving complex product, process and microbiological issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective preventive actions.
• Drive CI initiatives to reduce defects, waste and losses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve capability and performance.
